About Our Tool

RPDS software is useful for those chemical, energy, biotechnological and metallurgical industries which want to increase profits through the technique of Process Intensification. The software is also useful for the green field projects for the optimization of capital and operating costs. Basically, the software provides reliable estimates of design parameters such as rates of mixing, phase fractions, mass transfer coefficient, heat transfer coefficient, effective interfacial area, etc. for multi-phase reactors and contactors which are widely employed in industry, using AI based technology.

Dr. Vivek Vitankar

A Ph.D. and Post-Doctorate in Chemical Engineering with over 18 years of experience, this expert specializes in delivering business solutions for industries such as Petroleum Refining, Oil and Gas, and Chemicals. He is highly skilled in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and leverages advanced AI & ML techniques to optimize processes and drive innovation across these sectors. His expertise spans from improving operational efficiency to developing cutting-edge technologies that address complex industry challenges.

Dr. Aniruddha Joshi

Dr. Aniruddha Joshi, Ph.D., Computer Science, IIT Bombay, is a researcher and innovator with over 15 years of experience in AI, ML, DL, and time series analysis. With a strong background in AI and ML, DL applied to chemical engineering and Ayurveda, Dr. Joshi is the Founder of Atreya Innovations and has consulted for top institutions like NCL and Persistent Systems. Dr. Joshi’s work bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world applications, driving innovation across multiple domains.
